THEMES DE RECHERCHES

Mes travaux de recherches visent l’intensification des opérations unitaires, afin de définir des opérations industrielles performantes (réductions des coûts énergétiques et de l’impact environnemental, cinétique plus rapide), assurant un produit fini de haute qualité. Cette intensification se décompose en 3 étapes : 1) définition des phénomènes physiques mis en jeu 2) détermination du ou des phénomènes limitants 3) proposition de pistes d’amélioration.

Mes 3 thématiques principales concernent :

  • la Détente Instantanée Contrôlée comme technologie d'intensification
  • le séchage (par intervalles, par infra-rouges…)
  • et la décontamination (spores, allergènes…)
